Embodied. Empowered. Expanding.

I've noticed that this year has been full of ebbs and flows. Times when I've been excited to create and post and engage. Then moments of retreat, resting, going within.

At the end of 2019, in reflecting, I realized it was a year of deep healing for me. I wanted it to be the year that I burst open, bloomed. It wasn't quite time though. And while there have been growing pains, I'm happy to be right where I'm at.

At the end of October, I put out a request to Spirit. I needed community. Like-minded people walking a similar path who I can connect with on a deep level. And just like that, I attended a workshop, ran into someone I knew peripherally who invited me to a weekend event and then a women's retreat. I found a community of Lightworkers and joined a Shamanic Academy for 2020 where I will continue to deepen and cultivate my craft while being surrounded and uplifted by others who are healing themselves in order to bring more healing into the world.

Four different people told me about Four Moons within a week of each other. I knew I needed to check it out. Walking onto the property, I felt like I was home. I wrote to the owners, met with them a few times, and signed on to join their healing collective in 2020. My heart knew I needed to be here and I can't wait to watch the magic unfold. (The photo is of my office at Four Moons-with a koi pond and waterfall right outside).

Joining both of these communities required me to listen to my heart over fear and doubt. My heart was 110% all in. My mind questioned, but how? Both required a commitment and investment of my time and money. In saying yes, I put my stake in the ground. I said to Spirit, "I don't know how all of this is going to work out, but I trust that you will meet me with all the resources I need if I say yes."

I pulled a card recently: Q'ente-Sweet Paradox of Empowering Grace. It says, "When the mind says no, but the heart leaps with joy, we are ripe for a transmission of empowering grace. The sweet paradox is that the more impossible the situation appears to be, the more we are supported through grace-and our divine success manifests, swift and complete. Let the faith of the heart overcome doubt. Allow your mind to be filled with wonder at the unlimited power of the Divine, and you shall bear witness to sacred manifestation."

All of my lessons of patience and trust over the past few years have led me here. Led me to this moment. Trusting enough to say yes to my dreams. Taking a leap and knowing I will be caught in the loving arms of the Divine.

Without even really trying to set an intention for next year, it has simply bubbled up within me: Embodied. Empowered. Expanding.

I'd love to hear your intentions for 2020. Feel free to leave in the comments below or email me. And I hope to see you on the path this year.
